Latitude is FERPA-aligned by design: every data read is scoped to the user's organization and role, and every sensitive view writes an audit trail. BLOOM goes further — no SEL data for a K–3 student is collected or displayed without documented parental consent (COPPA). Does it integrate with our SIS?
Yes. Latitude syncs rostering, schedules, and demographics from PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, and Skyward via their SIS APIs. Your SIS stays the system of record for enrollment; Latitude stays the system of action for daily operations. No duplicate rostering, no CSV uploads on Sunday nights.
How long does implementation take?
A single building can be live in under two weeks; a district rollout typically runs 30–60 days including SIS sync, role configuration, and staff training. As a founding district you work directly with the founding team — a named person, not a ticket queue — and we recommend starting with the one or two products that hurt most.
What does it cost? How is it priced?
Simple per-school annual pricing by product — no per-seat surprises, no paid support tiers, no charges for data export. Suite bundles reduce the per-product cost, and TIER is included at no charge when COMPASS, ROAM, and SPARK are part of your bundle — the full signal set it needs to tier with confidence. We'll give you a firm number after a 30-minute scoping call, and founding-district pricing is locked at renewal.
What happens if we leave?
Your data is yours. Full structured export at any time — including in your exit year — at no cost. Vendors that make leaving hard are telling you something about staying.
