We started Latitude because we saw what that fragmentation actually costs. Not the overlapping contracts — the student. Movement data sees where a kid is. Recognition data sees what's going well. Conduct data sees where support is needed. When those live in different systems, the pattern that predicts a struggling student stays invisible until it's a crisis.
So we built the connected version: seven products for the work schools do daily, one sign-in, and one student record that follows the student — not the app.
One line we drew early: putting signals together must never turn school into surveillance. Reads are scoped by role. Sensitive views write an audit trail. Early-learner SEL data is consent-gated.

CEO & Founder — Brandon's background is product and data engineering: building data platforms and shipping software where correctness isn't optional. At Latitude he leads product, strategy, and design — and personally architected the platform shell, the shared student record, the complete ROAM product, and the design system every Latitude product is built on. The connected record at the center of Latitude is a data engineer's answer to a schoolhouse problem.
Webster Johnson
Co-Founder — Webster has spent years inside schools — in the classroom and in school leadership and administration. He's run the morning duty roster, the discipline queue, and the MTSS meeting that starts with a data scavenger hunt. At Latitude, he's the voice of the building: every workflow ships the way a school would actually run it, or it doesn't ship.

Co-Founder — Will's career is education, including years in leadership and administration roles where the buck stops on culture, safety, and student outcomes. He knows what a superintendent needs to see before trusting a vendor — because he's sat on that side of the table.
